Minor in Mathematics Form

Please read the following requirements closely.


The University Requirements:

  1. The student must be seeking a baccalaureate degree from the University of Connecticut.
  2. The student must earn a C (2.0) or better in each course in the minor.
  3. The total number of credits in 2000- and 3000-level mathematics courses must be at least 15.

The Department of Mathematics Requirements:

Or:

Please select the track you will use for the minor. You will then need to select the specific courses you wish to use to fulfill the requirements of the minor. If you have not yet taken/finished a course, but are registered for the course in PeopleSoft, please select 'Registered' for your grade. If you are not yet registered for all the courses needed for minor, please return to this form once you are. Remember you must have a C or higher to use a course towards your minor!
