Calculus Help and Tutoring

• Calculus Center: The Calculus Center is a resource to assist UConn students with questions about calculus. You may drop in without an appointment. The center is staffed by graduate TA's four afternoons per week, when one-on-one and small group tutoring is available. At other times it serves as a quiet place to study. The Calculus Center is located in MSB 119. The hours are M,T,W,Th 3:00-5:00PM. For a schedule of when individual TA's are in the center go to the Calculus Center Schedule.
• Q-Center: Tutoring available in two locations
  • Sunday - Thursday, 4-8 PM in CUE 130
  • Sunday - Wednesday, 8-10 PM in the Library's Learning Resources Center located on the first (umbrella) floor. See Q-Center web page..

Exams: Tuesdays, February 28 and April 11, 6-8 PM

The evening exams will be held in the rooms listed below from 6-8 pm on February 28 and April 11.

Final Exam: Wednesday, May 3, 8-10 AM

Grading:

• The evening exams will be held in the rooms listed below from 6-8 pm on February 28 and April 11. The dates and times are listed in PeopleSoft, but not the rooms. Common make up exams will be held from 8-10 pm on the same days as the exams. Permission from your instructor is required.
• The first gateway exam will be in class on paper (March 20 or 21). There will be an open period for 3 weeks during which the gateway exam may be repeated (as often as needed) in the Mathematics Mac Lab (MSB 203). Practice versions of the gateway exam may be taken online. These practice versions are from the same test bank as the actual exams and will be graded online.
