Failure to pass the Gateway Exam with a score of 70% or higher will lower the course grade by one full letter grade. Calculators are not allowed for the gateway exam. Following the in class gateway exam, there will be an open period for three weeks during which the gateway exam may be repeated (as often as needed) in the Mathematics Mac Lab (MSB 203) or in the Calculus Center. Practice versions of the gateway exam may be taken online. These practice versions are from the same test bank as the actual exams and will be graded online.
  • Here are two practice gateway exams. Sample gateway exam 1   and   Sample gatewaye exam 2. . 70% without partial credit is required to pass.
