Special Session Proposals Submission
The target date for submitting Proposals for Special Sessions is May 25. The organizers are in principle willing to consider proposals submitted between May 25 and June 25.
Organizers of Special Sessions should take the following steps:
- Contact potential authors, and get a list of authors and paper titles. A typical special session could
have from 4 to 8 speakers.
- Write a Special Session proposal which describes its contents. The proposal should be submitted as a standlone LaTeX file which do not require nonstandard LaTeX packages or idiosyncratic input files.
The proposal should contain the following items:
- Title of the symposium
- Name, email and full mailing address of symposium organizer.
- Description of the topic of the symposium. The description should be at most two pages long.

- Ordered list of the proposed session contributions, including titles, authors and a corresponding author of each paper contribution.
- Submitte your proposal to the following address: iwota@math.uconn.edu
- Simultaneously with submitting the proposal please submit the abstracts for all the talks following the standard abstract proposal procedure, or ask the individual authors to do so.
