There are two on-campus options offered for housing during the conference that are within walking distance to the meeting location.
OPTION 1.
Nathan Hale Inn & Conference Center - UConn's full service on-campus hotel
A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference for the evenings of July 23, 24, 25, 26, and the morning of July 27 at the Nathan Hale Inn & Conference Center, which is directly adjacent to the Rome Commons Ballroom, our conference facility. Guests of the conference may reserve rooms within this block at the discounted rate $97.00 + tax & gratuities per night single occupancy which includes a full breakfast each morning or $52.50 + tax & gratuities per person based on double occupancy with each getting a full breakfast in the morning.
To reserve a room, contact the hotel front desk at (860) 427-7888 and notify the reservation clerk that you will participate in IWOTA. Rooms are available on a first-come first-served basis until all rooms are taken. Payment for lodging should be made directly to the hotel and is not part of the conference registration process.

OPTION 2.
Residence Hall
As a cost-savings alternative, we have also reserved a block of rooms at the South Campus Residence Hall. These rooms have air conditioning, linen service, telephones, and Internet service, but do not have any of the other amenities you will find in the hotel. The rates for this option are $58 per person per night for single occupancy (one person per room), or $42 per person per night for double occupancy (two people per room). Each room has two twin beds and shares a bathroom with an adjoining room. Breakfast served in the University dining hall is included with this option at no additional charge.
