Introduction to Graduate Mathematics
The following courses offer preparation at the entry graduate level in each of the three classical
core areas of mathematics, namely Analysis, Algebra and Geometry/Topology. Honors graduates from
UConn are encouraged to take at least one of these advanced courses. Students in the Honors Program
receive Honors credit for these courses.
- Math 4110, Introduction to Modern Analysis
- Math 4210, Advanced Abstract Algebra
- Math 4310, Introduction to Geometry and Topology
